ABOUT THE PROJECT

Locus Russia is an open-access online library of arbitration decisions, featuring both Russian and international cases.

The platform aims to help the legal community quickly search, compare, and analyze judicial precedents.

Objective

The main goal was to develop a visual identity and interface that highlighted the platform’s authority and remained accessible to both legal professionals and general users.

The design needed to support a complex information structure, streamline research, and reflect the platform’s international scope—all within a clear, intuitive user experience.

Solution

We developed a strong graphic identity centered on a stylized globe logo, composed of red, white, and blue segments to symbolize international cooperation and the Russian legal context.

The minimalist interface design prioritized clean structure and ease of use. From the main page to the personal dashboard, each section was built to reduce cognitive load while maintaining functional depth. Case cards, filtering tools, and topic collections were carefully styled for clarity and consistency across desktop and mobile.

Results

  • The final platform design delivered a seamless and professional user experience, receiving positive feedback from legal experts and researchers.
  • Easy navigation structure and modern interface significantly improved search efficiency and engagement.
  • Locus Russia now stands out as a user-friendly, visually coherent, and authoritative resource in the legal tech space.
